How it works:
During checkout, at shipping method, choose In-Store Pick Up. Make sure you select your desired location.
Once the order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Then, once your order is ready to be picked up at the chosen location, you will receive a "Ready For Pickup" email.

- Pickup person's name
- email address and phone number
Your pickup person will need to show his/her ID and provide the last 4 digits of the credit card used during the transaction or the Paypal authorization Number.

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this Site. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return:
a) Must be unopened, unused, and not damaged;
b) Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
c) Must be sent in its original packaging;
d) Must be shipped back or dropped off to our shipping address (626 Seymour Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 3K4) within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said fourteen-day period, you authorize Room in Order, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise.
Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days of our receipt of your return. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used. Please make sure that the date associated with such credit coincides with the date the original debit was made in order to avoid any interest charges on your account.
Room in Order shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
